摘　　要：传统的导电排的电镀工艺是采用挂镀技术,但电刷镀技术在导电排电镀工艺中的应用越来越广。介绍了电刷镀导电排的设备、工辅具、溶液及工艺,提出了克服导电排电刷镀缺点的方法。改良的电刷镀工艺对导电排镀层质量有明显提高,可实现批量、自动化生产。Conducting bars are conventionally rack plated, however brush plating technology is getting more and more applications in conducting bar plating process. The equipment, auxiliaries, solution and technology for conducting bar brush plating are presented, and the methods for overcoming the shortcomings of conducting bar brush plating are also suggested. The improved brush plating technology can obviously improve the quality of the coating for conducting bars, and can realize batch and automated production.
