摘  要:运用电沉积法制备含稀土Nd的Ni-Fe-SiC复合镀层,研究了Fe2+/Ni2+的摩尔比、Nd(NO3)3的质量浓度、镀液中SiC的质量浓度、电流密度、镀液温度等因素对镀层硬度和沉积速率的影响规律,确定了复合电镀的最佳工艺参数为:Fe2+/Ni2+的摩尔比0.10,Nd(NO3)35.5~6.5mg/L,SiC11g/L,3A/dm2,55℃。性能测试表明:该工艺下得到的Nd-Ni-Fe-SiC复合镀层具有良好的综合性能。RE (Nd)-Ni-Fe-SiC composite coating was prepared by electrodeposition. The affecting laws of the factors, including mole ratio of Fe^2+/Ni^2+ , mass concentration of Nd(NO3)3, mass concentration of SiC in the bath, current density, temperature, etc. on the hardness and depositing speed of the coating were studied. On this basis, the optimum process conditions of Nd-Ni-Fe-SiC composite electroplating were determined: Fe^2+/Ni^2+ mole ratio: 0.10, mass concentration of Nd(NO3)3 5.5-6. 5 mg/L, mass concentration of SiC 11 g/L, current density 3 A/dm^2, and temperature 55 ℃. The performance tests show that the Nd-Ni-Fe-SiC composite coating obtained under the above conditions has a good over-all performance.
