摘  要:在三价铬钝化液的使用过程中,钝化液的性能可以通过补充新鲜的钝化液维持,但是随着钝化过程产生的杂质离子的质量浓度的增加,钝化液逐渐老化,性能降低。通过中性盐雾实验,Tafel曲线和扫描电镜研究了三价铬钝化液中可能形成和存在的主要杂质成分Fe2+,Fe3+,Zn2+和Cl-对三价铬钝化液性能的影响。结果表明:Fe2+,Fe3+,Zn2+和Cl-的质量浓度的增加均明显地影响三价铬钝化件的装饰性和耐蚀性。Although trivalent chromium passivation bath can be constantly replenished to maintain its passivation performance in use, it will become aged gradually, leading to degradation of the performance with increasing concentration of interfering ions. The effects of possible impurities such as Fe^2+ , Fe^3+ , Zn^2+ and Cl^- on the performance of trivalent chromium passivation film were investigated by using neutral salt spary test, Tafel curve test and scanning electronic microscope analysis. It is found that the increasing of the mass concentration of Fe^2+, Fe^3+, Zn^2+ and Cl^- evidently affects the corrosion resistance and ornament of the passivatied parts.
