摘  要:[目的]观察"和胃饮"合剂对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃肠激素的影响,以探讨其促胃动力的作用机制。[方法]采用激怒法制备FD大鼠模型。放射免疫法及分光光度法分别测定血中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平及一氧化氮(NO)含量。[结果]高剂量组、低剂量组和FD组血浆MTL分别为246.20±94.88,163.80±28.15和130.94±18.43,各组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);血清GAS分别为64.36±18.02,57.44±14.44和30.34±6.27,用药组明显高于FD组(P<0.05);NO含量分别为:33.79±5.96,37.93±11.65和63.20±15.44,各组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"和胃饮"合剂的促胃动力作用可能与其增加FD大鼠血浆MTL、血清GAS水平和降低NO含量作用有关。[ Objective ] The purpose of study is to observe the effect of Heweiyin Mixture ( HWYM ) on gastrointestinal hormone in rats with functional dyspepsia ( FD ) and thereby investigate its' gastro - prokinetic mechanism. [ Methods ] Functional dyspepsia model was prepared in rats using anger method. Plasm motilin ( MTL), serum gastrin (GAS) were methoded by RIA, nitric oxide (NO) was determined by spectrophotometry. [ Results] In high dose, low dose and model group, plasm MLT were 246.20 ± 94.88,163.80 ± 28.15 and 130.94 ± 18.43, respectively (P 〈 0.05 ) ;serum GAS were 64.36 ± 18.02, 57.44 ± 14.44 and 30.34 ± 6.27, respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; No were 33.79 ± 5.96, 37.93 ± 11.65 and 63.20 ± 15.44, respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The gastro - prokinetic mechanism effect of HWYM is related to its ability to increase level of plasma MTL, serum GAS and to decrease the content of plasm nitric oxide.
