摘  要:文章用固体酸SO42-/TiO2/Fe3O4催化合成了D-酒石酸正辛酯,其结构经过IR确证。通过实验得优化反应条件为:n(D-酒石酸)︰n(正辛醇)=1︰2.8,SO42-/TiO2/Fe3O40.6g,环己烷25mL,快速搅拌,酯化率95%,收率90%。A chiral resolving reagent n-octyal D-tartrate was prepared from D-tartarie acid and n-octanol using p-toluene sulfonic acid and toluene as a catalyst and solvent by SO4^2-/TiO2/Fe3O4. The structure was confirmed by IR. The effect of molar ratio of reactants, amount of solvent and catalyst and stir speed on the yield were discussed by test. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of D-tartarc acid and n-octanol at 1 : 2.8, TiO2/Fe3O4 at 0.6 g, n-Hexane at 25 mL, and stirring at fast speed.Under the optimum eondion the yield of n-octyl D-tartrate was about 95 % and the esterification was over 90 %.
