经肛内吻合治疗低位直肠癌82例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛治疗新的手术方式。方法:对82例直肠癌患者采用经肛内吻合术式治疗。结果:82例术后2～4d开始进食,术后一个月随访,每天排便1～5次/d,3个月～1年为1～3次/d,无大便失禁及污粪。结论:经肛内直肠癌根治术术后并发症少,肛门功能全部优良,免除结肠造瘘,避免吻合口瘘。Objective： To Evaluate the cures of new surgical operation method for the low rectal cancer protects the anus. Methods： 82 rectal cancer patients adopt through the anus inside fit together the method treatment. Results： The 82 cases of postoperation 2-4 days beginning to take food, a month is followed up after operating, all patients have a bowel move- ment 1-5 times per day, 1-3 times per day for 3 month - a year, have no fecal incontinence and dirty muck. Conclusion： Cure for good complications through rectal cancer inside the anus is little after operations, the anus function is all good and dismiss colon to build fistula and avoid to stoma fistula in all cases.
