摘  要:目的:观察加味川芎都梁丸对高脂大鼠的作用。方法:建立高脂血症大鼠模型,测定灌服加味川芎都梁丸混悬液后高脂大鼠血清中血脂及血液流变学的变化,并测量正常大鼠给予该药后的血栓形成量,均设对照组。结果:给药后高脂大鼠TC、TG、LDL含量均显著降低,HDL/TC上升,血液黏度(比)显著下降,血栓形成量显著减少。结论:加味川芎都梁丸具有显著降低血脂,降低血液黏度,对抗血栓形成的作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiawei Chuanxiong Duliangwan for being induced hyperlipemia in Wistar rats. nethods:Wistar rats hyperlipemia in model and control groups both were established after pouring Jiawei Chuanxiong Duliangwan into hyperlipemia Wistar rats, to observe the changes of blood-fat and hemorrheology and to measure the quantity of thrombosis. Results: After taking Jiawei Chuanxiong Duliangwan,the content of TC, TG and LDL of hyperlipemia Wistar rats were all lowered, HDL had no great changes while the rate of HDL to total TC (HDL/TC) raised. Blood viscosity and the quantity of thrombosis of the two groups were both reduced. Conclusion: Jiawei Chuanxiong Duliangwan could decrease blood-fat and blood viscosity markedly, and it had antistatic effect of thrombosis.
