水蛭注射液对2型糖尿病周围神经病变血浆ET NO的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察水蛭注射液对2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血中内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:68例DPN患者随机分成水蛭注射液治疗组,和维生素B1、维生素B12对照组,治疗4周后,观察两组病人治疗前后血浆ET及NO水平的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后ET明显下降,NO水平明显升高(P<0.001),而对照组治疗后ET及NO水平均无明显变化。结论:水蛭注射液能明显降低DPN患者ET水平,提高血NO水平。Objective： To observe the effect of the endothelin and nitrogen monoxidum in the blood of the patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy by the treatment of Shuizhi Injection. Methods： 68 cases were divided into Shuizhi Injection treatment group, vitamin B1 group and vitamin B12 group. 4 weeks after the treatment, ET and NO in the blood of the two groups were observed. Results： ET was decreased obviously, and NO was heighten obviously in the treatment group after the treatment. The ET and NO had no marked change in the control group after the treatment. Conclusion： Shuizhi Injection could depress the ET and raise the level of NO of the patients with DPN effectively.
