曲藻降脂胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用

摘　　要：目的:观察曲藻降脂胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用。方法:用高脂饲料制作大鼠高脂血症模型。造模同时开始给药,每天给药1次,连续给药11周。观察药物对血液流变学、血脂和机体抗氧化系统的影响。结果:给药组的全血黏度(低切、中切),血浆黏度和血球容积都明显下降;血清TG、TC、LDL-C均有不同程度的降低,HDL-C明显升高;血清和肝匀浆中的SOD升高,MDA降低;肝细胞的脂肪变性明显减轻。结论:曲藻降脂胶囊对大鼠的实验性高脂血症有明显的降脂作用,并提高机体的抗氧化损伤能力,促进血流变指标的改善,阻止肝脏的脂肪变性。Objective ： To observe the antihyperlipidemic effects of Quzaojiangzhi Capsule on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods： Rats were fed with fatty forage for eleven weeks to make the model of hyperlipidemia. Simutaneously ,the Quzaojiangzhi capsule were given to mode rats once a day. Eleven weeks after the administration of Quzaojiangzhi Capsule, the serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,SOD, MDA and hemorheological indexes were assayed. Results： Quzaojiangzhi capsule could significantly decrease the level of TC,TG ,LDL-C and MDA, increase the level of HDL-C and SOD in serum and in liver; Quzaojiangzhi capsule could also significantly decrease the whole blood low and middle shear viscosity. Conclusion： The hypolipidemic effects of Quzaojiangzhi capsule are obvious.
