摘  要:为加速海南省高疟区市县控制疟疾进程,从10个高疟区市县抽选10个历年疟疾发病较高、地形较复杂的乡镇作为疟疾防治试点,采用建立健全抗疟组织,充实人员设备,落实病灶区和散发区不同的抗疟措施,开展季节性突击抗疟和经常性疟疾管理、防制传疟媒介为主结合防治传染源的综合治理。结果,年带虫发病率(API)从1991年的19.36‰降至1995年的6.78‰,居民带虫率从2.90%降至2.35%,捕到主要传疟媒介大劣按蚊、微小按蚊点数和只数的比率逐年减少,流动人口在试点感染疟疾的状况大为改善,控制疟疾效果显著。表明试点疟疾防治工作对控制高疟区市县的疟疾起着举足轻重的作用。To quicken the malaria control course in hyperendemic areas in Hainan Province, ten townships, from each malaria hyperendemic counties (cities) with hyperendemic malaria history and complex topography were selected as pilot areas of malaria control. The primary organzation and equipment for malaria control were improved,various methods were used to control malaria transmission in focus and sporadio areas and integrated measures including seasonal focused control, regular management,vestor control,and elimination of infection sources, were porformed. The API of malaria and API of Falciparum malaria reduced from 19.36‰ and 9.84‰ in 1991 to 6.78‰ and 1.78‰ in 1995 respectively. The parasite rate of local residents also decreased from 2.90% in 1991 to 2.35% in 1995. The amount of spots where Anopheles dirus and An. minimus were cought, the mosquito number and the positive rate of blood examination of mobile population cut down remarkably in pilot areas. The malaria control in pilot areas played important role in reducing malaria incidence and quickening malaria control course.
