冠心病病人血钙、血磷与脂质的相关性研究

摘　　要：检测２６５名冠心病病人及２６５名健康人的血钙、血磷与血脂，并行相关性分析。发现冠心病组血钙明显高于正常对照组；血磷与对照组无差别；血钙与血磷的乘积亦明显高于对照组。相关分析表明，对照组血清总钙（ＴＣａ）与甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＣＨＯ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ），载脂蛋白Ａ１（ＡｐｏＡ１）及载脂蛋白Ｂ（ＡｐｏＢ）呈正相关；无机磷（ＩＰ）与各脂质成份无相关；钙磷乘积（ＴＣａ×ＩＰ）与ＬＤＬ正相关。冠心病组ＴＣａ除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ）外，与其它血脂成份均存明显正相关；ＩＰ与ＣＨＯ，ＬＤＬ及ＡｐｏＢ呈正相关；ＴＣａ×ＩＰ则与ＬＤＬ和ＡｐｏＢ呈正相关。支持钙拮抗剂有助于保护动脉。The correlation between total calcium(TCa),inorganic phosphate (IP) and lipids was analyzed in 265 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and 265 normal subjects.The TCa of patients with CHD (2 48±0 16mmol/L) was higher than that of control(2 39±0 18mmol/L,P<0 01).There was no difference of IP between patients (1 08±0 28mmol/L) and control(1 06±0 28mmol/L,P>0 05).There was significant difference in multiplication of TCa and IP (TCa×IP) between patients(2 86±0 63) and control (2 38±0 68,P<0 01).There was positive correlation between TCa and TG,CHO,LDL,ApoA l and ApoB,TCa×IP and LDL in control,TCa and TG,CHO,LDL,ApoA 1,ApoB and Lp(a),IP and CHO,LDL ,ApoB,TCa×IP and LDL ,ApoB in patients,respectively.It indicates that calcium antagonists may protect blood vessels from atherosclerosis.
