摘　　要：从公共利益原则的由来及其在立法实践中的现状探究公共利益原则的本质,进而探悉公共利益原则在实施反倾销措施中的作用,利于改进和完善反倾销法律制度,维护社会整体利益和国家利益。To explore the essence of principle of public interests from the origin of the principle of public interests and the status quo in the legislative practice to ascertain the function of the principle of public interests in anti - dumping is in favour of improvement of anti- dumping legal system and maintenance of community＇s overall interests and national interests.
