摘　　要：为评价主动脉内气囊反搏（IABP）对冠心病泵衰竭的治疗作用，本文回顾性分析了7例因急性心梗心原性休克及冠心病心脏直视手术低心输出量而应用IABP的病例。结果表明行IABP后30分钟反搏压达65～130mmHg，心脏指数由1．60±0.20L／min／m2上升到2．27±0．20L／min／m2（P＜0．001），平均动脉压由47.0±16.0mmHg上升到85.3±25.4mmHg（P＜0.001），并有相应的临床改善，未见并发症。因此，IABP是治疗冠心病泵衰竭的有效手段。To evaluate the effect of intraaortic balloon pumping (IABP) on cardiac pump failure in coronry heart disease, 7 cases of IABP performance in cardiogenic shock after acute myocardial infarction or low cardiac output syndrome in open heart surgery due to coronary disease were analysed retrospectively.Results showed pumping pressure reached 65~130 mmHg 30 minutes after IABP performance,and at the same time,cardiac index rose to 2.27±0. 20 L/min/m2 from 1.60±0. 20 L/min/m2 (P<0.001),mean arterial pressure rose to 85.3±25. 4 mmHg from 47. 0±16. 0 mmHg (P<0.001),accompanied with relevant clinical improvements. No complications recorded. We conclude that IABP is highly effective for pump failure in coronary heart disease.
