摘  要:全热空气-空气热交换器是能量回收的有效装置。本文在双房间环境的试验平台上,对逆流-叉流板式全热交换器在冬季标准工况和非标准工况下进行了实验测试,结果表明,在冬季标准工况下,其全热效率可达70%。风量、温度差、湿度差均对换热效率有影响,换热效率随风量增加而降低,随温度差和湿度差的增大而增大。根据试验结果,整理得到了换热效率的经验计算公式。Plate type air to air heat exchanger is an effective equipment of energy recovery. This paper, with the two - room laboratory rig, tested the cross and counter flow plate type air to air energy recovery heat ex- changer at winter standard condition and non - standard condition. The results showed that enthalpy exchange effectiveness of the equipment could reach up to 70% at winter standard condition; air flow rate, temperature difference and humidity difference influenced heat exchange effectiveness, and it increased with the decrease of air flow rate and the increase of temperature difference and humidity difference. Empirical expressions of heat exchange effectiveness were obtaind by the experiment results.
