摘  要:本文阐明将抽凝式汽轮机改造成低背压、小排汽量的抽背式汽轮机时,必须对其通流结构进行重新设计和必要的调整,而不能不加任何改动直接在背压条件下运行。同时,用实例说明这种改造的背景及其节能效益。This paper introduces one turbine modification ease and energy saving benefits of the modification is analysed. Based on the engineering experiences and running practices, two key points related with the modifi- cation of extraction - condensing steam turbine to small steam exitting, extraction - back - pressure steam one are emphasized. One is that the structure of steam flow channel should be re - designed and adjusted; the oth- er is that it is not feasible for the turbine of direct modification from condensing steam type to back - pressure type without adjustment of steam flow structural channel to run on the back - pressure conditions.
