摘　　要：本文主要是通过对国内和国外供热情况的差异对比,结合国内供热节能的特例,论述在供热过程中为达到节能减排的目的,应注意的四个重要环节。This paper is dedicated to the study of the four important links that should be paid special attention during heating supplement in order to achieve the purpose of energy - saving and emission - reduction, through contrasting the differences of heating supply projects in China and oversea. The four key sections of energy sav- ing were also verified briefly.
