摘　　要：以建设项目全生命期为主线,论述建设项目相关参与主体的工作范围和内容,并按照相应的法律规定分析各参与主体在从事项目建设和管理过程中可能承担的民事法律责任,依此设计建设领域责任保险体系框架。Taking the project life cycle as the master line, the paper discusses the work range and contents of relative aspects who participate in the construction project, and analyzes the civil liability that the parties may bear in the process of construction and management of project according to relative laws, then designs liability insurance system framework in construction filed.
