黑河流域居民生活质量研究

摘　　要：以《Calvert-Henderson生活质量指标》一书为理论指导构建了生活质量评价指标体系,通过开展生活质量问卷调查及查找相关统计资料,运用主成分分析法确定指标的权重,研究了我国西北地区第二大内陆河流域—黑河流域城乡居民2004年的生活质量。具体的评价结果是:黑河流域城镇居民生活质量明显高于农村;黑河流域城市居民生活质量表现出中游高于上游和下游;黑河流域农村居民生活质量以乡镇为单位计算差异显著;黑河流域农村居民生活质量中游略好于上游、下游;影响黑河流域城乡居民生活质量的主要因素是收入、教育和住房。The requirements for development, satisfaction degree and people＇s living are essential to social development. The quality of people＇s life should be regarded as an important criterion to reflect satisfaction degree of residents comprehensively. This study is carried out in Heihe River Basin （HRB） in the Northwest China. An index system of evaluation of life quality is put forward on the basis of ＂Calvert-Henderson Quality of Life Indicators＂, which comprise 9 dimensionalities and 12 indicators. Except for a little oart of data in this paper is gotten from statistical information, the majority of data come from the life quality questionnaires filled out by the residents in HRB. The Principal Component Analysis was employed in this paper to ascertain the weights of indicators and to study the life quality of the residents in HRB.The results are as follows：the life quality of people living in cities is markedly higher than that of rural residents in HRB, the life quality of the townsmen in the middle reaches is higher than that living in upriver and lower reaches of Heihe River, the life quality of rural resident in HRB displays remarkable discrepancy,the life quality of rural residents of middle reaches is a little higher than that of people living in upriver and lower reaches of Heihe River, and the important factors that influence the life quality of local people living in HRB are income, education and housing.
