摘 要:结合中国1000kV特高压交流试验示范工程的实际情况,提出了一套完整的、适应特高压联络线功率控制的自动发电控制(AGC)控制策略。新的控制策略以各省级电网有功功率的就地平衡为基础,实现互联电网各网、省调控制区在紧急情况下的相互支援,在华北、华中电网及其各省级电网实施后取得了良好的控制效果。在此基础上,针对中国即将形成的华北、华中、华东特高压同步电网的特点,探讨各控制区的构成及相应的AGC控制策略。Combined with 1 000 kV AC transmission pilot project in China, a complete set of automatic generation control (AGC) strategies suitable for the UHV AC tie-line active power control is proposed. On the basis of the local balance of power flow of each provincial grid, the proposed control strategies can realize the mutual supports among the regional and provincial control areas in an emergency, and has been implemented in North China and Central China power grids as well as other lower-level provincial power grids, the results show that it has achieved the favorable control performances. Besides, considering the characteristics of the soon completed UHV synchronized North, Central and East China grid, preliminary technical research findings on the structure of each control area and the relevant AGC control strategies are provided for discussion.
