摘  要:探讨用荧光光谱法检测维生素药片中核黄素的测试方法。以pH 7.00的Tris-HCl为缓冲溶液,激发/发射波长为467/523.5 nm时,检测下限可达到15.7 pg/mL的超低浓度,优于文献报道[1~5]的数据结果。该方法具有灵敏度高、重现性和稳定性好的特点,Na+、K+、Ba2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、VC、VB1、VB6、谷维素和吡嗪化合物等均不产生显著干扰;该方法的回收率在96.53%~103.94%之间,对维生素药片中核黄素含量的测定与紫外可见光谱分析法的测定结果一致,表明该方法可应用于实际治疗药品的测定。A fluorescence spectrometry for detection of pharmaceuticals like riboflavin in vitamin B2(VB2) in Tris-HCl buffer of pH=7. 00 with excitation/emission wavelength of 467/523. 5nm has been developed in this paper. The detection limit for riboflavin could be e valuated to be a supra-low concentration of 15.7 pg/mL, which was better than that of reported data. The presented method possessed high sensitivity, nice reproducibility and stability, and no obvious interferencesfrom Na+, K+, Ba2+, Mg2+, Znz+, vitamin C, B1, B6, oryzanol and pyrazine compounds were observed. With a recovery rate of 96.53% to 103.94M, the method has been applied to determination of amount of VR2 in tablets which was in well agreement with that of UV/Vis spectrophotometry, indicating that it can be used for the detection of practical therapeutic drugs.
