摘 要:结合具体工程实践,介绍了印染废水的特点、印染工业废水处理的常规工艺以及相关新技术的进展。比较了物理法、生物法和化学法几种处理手段的工艺特点和效果差异,并从膜分离技术的原理出发,探讨了其在印染废水深度处理方面的应用现状及其优势。由于印染废水成分的复杂性,单一的处理方法难以达到排放及回用标准,因此,选择合适的膜工艺与传统手段相耦合、新型的膜集成技术,是印染废水处理和回收利用的一个重要发展方向。The research and recent progresses on the conventional and novel technology of dyeing wastewater treatment and reutilization with practical engineering analysis were introduced. The physical, biological and chemical ways of dyeing wastewater treatment were compared in detail at first. The application of membrane processes in advanced dyeing wastewater treatment was then explored as long as their distinguished performance. Due to the complexity of ingredients in feed water, only a single approach was normally difficult to achieve the state standard for discharge and reuse. Therefore, membrane processes coupled with useful traditional methods, or new combination of different membrane technology, will be an important developmerit orientation in dyeing wastewater treatment and recycling.
