油田采油废水处理工艺改造

摘　　要：通过对油田采油废水原有处理工艺所存在问题的分析,在充分利用现有设施的前提下,提出了工艺改造路线,包括高效混凝处理技术、高效冷却工艺、吸油除油技术,最后把关工艺是生物滤池过滤。结果表明,该油田废水通过改造后的废水处理系统处理后,出水水质达到了污水综合排放标准(GB8978-96)二级标准。To make lull use ot existing Iacilities, process reconstruction line was proposed including high-etliciency coagulation treatment technology,high-efficiency cooling process, oil removal technology and biological filter which is the last guarding process after the analysis of the problems in existing treatment process ofwastewater from oil extraction in oilfield,. The results showed that： after the reconstructive wastewater treatment system, the quality of effluent has reached the secondary standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard （GB8978--96）.
