摘  要:选择150只1日龄雏鹅进行28 d的饲养试验,研究了在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%和0.4%的NSP酶制剂对雏鹅消化酶活性和盲肠微生物数量的影响。对消化酶活性的研究结果显示,0.2%与0.4%的NSP酶制剂使十二指肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性分别提高了26.95%和31.71%(P<0.05),十二指肠食糜淀粉酶活性分别提高了23.49%和19.94%(P<0.05),空肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性分别提高了24.15%和29.50%(P<0.05);空肠食糜淀粉酶活性分别提高了20.49%和19.94%(P<0.05);而对胰腺胰蛋白酶、胰腺淀粉酶、胰腺脂肪酶、十二指肠脂肪酶、空肠脂肪酶、回肠淀粉酶和回肠脂肪酶的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。对小肠盲肠微生物数量的研究结果显示,0.2%和0.4%的NSP酶制剂对雏鹅盲肠大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数量的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。Effects of based diets containing different levels of NSP enzymatic Preparation (0, 0.2%, and 0.4%) on digestive enzyme activities and caecal microbial population were studied using 150 1-day-old goslings as the experimental materials for 28 days. The results of research on the digestive enzyme activities showed that, in the conditions of both supplementations with 0.2% NSP and 0.4% NSP, pancreatic prolease activity of duodenal digesta were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 26.95% and 31.71% respectively, amylase activity of duodenal digesta were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 23.49% and 19.94% respectively, pancreatic prolease activity of jejunal digesta were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 24.15% and 29.50% respectively and amylase activity of jejunal digesta were significantly (P〈0.05) enhanced by 20.49% and 19.94 % respectively, but enzyme preparation didn't affect significantly (P〉0.05) the intestinal lipase activity and pancreatic digestive enzyme. The research on caecal microbial population showed that, both 0.2% NSP and 0.4% NSP had no significant effect on caeeal microbial population (P〉0.05).
