摘  要:探讨高效能精梳机的技术创新。从机构改进、工艺技术及产品开发三个方面阐述了高效能精梳机的技术创新成果。指出:精梳技术创新是推动纱线质量和产品档次,实现纺织产业技术升级,提高纺织企业国际竞争力的一个重要方面。机构的改进与创新是基础,生产工艺技术创新是提高质量、降低消耗的核心,精梳产品创新则是开拓市场、提高经济效益的关键。要坚持自主创新,切勿再走抄袭、照搬的老路。精益求精地做好各项工作,加强设备制造厂商与用户的交流与合作,促进创新成果的转化和推广,使我国精梳技术水平迈上一个新台阶。Technology innovation of high-efficiency comber was discussed. Technology innovation of high-efficiency comber were introduced from mechanism modification, processing technology and products development. It is pointed out that technology innovation of comber is a very important aspect to improve yarn quality and product level,achieve textile industry technology upgrade and increase textile enterprise international competition. Modification and innovation of mechanism is base ,essence of production processing innovation is improving quality and reducing consumption, combed products innovation is the key of exploiting market and improving economic benefit. The principle of self-renovation should be insisted and plagiarism should be avoided. Each work should be done better and better,communication and cooperation between equipment manufacturer and user should be strengthened, transformation and popularization of innovative achievements should be boost to make domestic combing technology level stepping into a new stage.
