摘 要:研究喷气涡流纺纱成纱机理。对喷气涡流纺纱成纱机理的自由端纺纱特征进行了分析,利用PHOENICS软件对喷嘴中气流的运动进行了模拟,并利用高速摄影对纤维加捻过程进行了拍摄,结合成纱结构进一步说明了成纱机理。认为:喷气涡流纺纱具有明显的自由端纺纱特征,但中心仍有未断裂的一定量的连续纤维。喷气涡流纺纱可以看成是部分自由端纺纱、半自由端纺纱或亚自由端纺纱。Yarn-forming principle of Vortex spinning was researched. Characteristics of open-end spinning were analysed,PHOENICS software were used to simulate air current motion in nozzle, then fibre twisting process were taken photos by high speed photography,finally yarn-forming principle were introduced by combining yarn structure further. It is considered that Vortex spinning possesses obvious open-end spinning characteristics, but there are certain continuous fibre which have not breaken still exist in center. Vortex spinning could be considered as partial open-end spinning, semi-open-end spinning or sub-open-end spinning.
