摘 要:探讨后区牵伸对成纱质量的影响。通过对棉纺工程中并条、精梳、粗纱和细纱各工序中后区牵伸的选择与作用分析,论述后区牵伸选择的重要性及对成纱质量的影响,指出:各工序后区牵伸倍数的大小,都要根据原料性状、设备适应能力、温湿度条件和成纱质量的要求来确定。一般情况下,后区牵伸的配置应遵循以下原则:普梳头并与精梳预并以偏大掌握为宜,精梳宜适当掌握,末并、粗纱应偏小配置,细纱在综合考虑各种因素的情况下应偏小配置。Effect of back zone draft on yarn quality in spinning was discussed. Back zone draft in drawing, combing,roving and spinning were selected and analysed. Importance and effect of back zone draft selection on yarn quality were discussed. It is pointed out that back zone draft multiple in each process should be selected according to raw material property, equipment adaptability, temperature and humidity, finish yarn quality demands. In general, the following principles must be abided in setting back zone draft multiple--the value of first-drawing in drawing and pre-drawing in combing sliver should be larger, the value of combing should be controlled properly', the value of finishing drawing and roving should be less, the value of spinning should be less considered each factors comprehensively.
