三棱针点刺阿是穴治疗偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨三棱针点刺阿是穴治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(40例),2组分别采用三棱针点刺阿是穴治疗和口服尼莫地平治疗,观察2组疗效及治疗前后疼痛程度、头痛指数、持续时间以及血浆5-羟色胺和一氧化氮的含量的变化,评定临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94%,而对照组为72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前头痛程度、持续时间、头痛指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前头痛程度、持续时间、头痛指数均高于治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后头痛程度、持续时间、头痛指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前5羟色胺和-氧化氮的含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆5-羟色胺和一氧化氮的含量较对照组治疗后升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三棱针点刺阿是穴治疗偏头痛有较好临床疗效,能减轻失痛程度、缩短头痛的时间、降低头痛指数,能提高血浆中血浆5-羟色胺和一氧化氮的含量。Objectives： To observe the effect of therapy with three-edged needle to prick needling Ashi acupoint in patients with migraine. Methods： Ninety cases with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group （n =50） and control group （n =40）. The treatment group received pricking needling Ashi acupoint with three-edged needle. The control group took orally the tablets of Nimodipine. To observe the degree, index and persistence time of headache, and detect the levels of plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine and nitric oxide before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate in treatment group was 94%, and in the control group was 72.5 %. The effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈0. 05）. The degree, index and persistence time of headache, as well as the levels of plasma 5- hydroxytryptamine and nitric oxid before treatment were compared between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The degree, index and persistence time of headache after treatment were significantly lower than before in the two groups （P 〈0.05）. The levels of plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine and nitric oxid after treatment were significantly higher in treatment group than in control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of pricking needling Ashi aeupoint with three-edged needle in patients with migraine is significant. With this kind of therapy, we can release the degree of ache, shorten the time of headache, cut down the index of headache and improve the levels of plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine and nitric oxid in patients with migraine.
