摘　　要：以新疆地区一例蒸压粉煤灰墙体开裂事故分析为背景,比较分析蒸压粉煤灰砖与烧结普通砖的砌体性能差异。结合新疆地处地震高发区具有气候干燥,年温差、日温差大等特点,对使用蒸压粉煤灰砖作为砌体材料的房屋结构设计、施工技术措施进行探讨,以便为蒸压粉煤灰砖的进一步推广应用提供理论依据。The article compares the performance between autoclaved fly ash brick wall and fired brick wall through analyzing the crack cause of autoclaved fly ash brick wall, and dicusses the design of house structure and construction techology when use of autoclaved fly ash brick as masonry materials combining with drying climate, large annual temperature difference, large daily temperature difference in earthquake-prone areas of Xinjiang, which can provide a theory thereunder for improving the autoclaved fly ash brick.
