摘　　要：目的:观察"乌头半夏散"外治膝骨关节炎临床应用的安全性。方法:将126例患者按1∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用反药"乌头半夏散"外敷膝骨关节,对照组使用相同处方缺半夏的"缺半夏散"外敷膝骨关节;以三大常规、肝肾功、心电图及皮肤受损指标观察其安全性。结果:治疗组和对照组三大常规、肝肾功、心电图无异常,但均对皮肤有刺激,分别占总数的7.93%、3.17%。结论:"乌头半夏散"临床应用是安全的。Objective： Investigating the safety of Wutoubanxiasan in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 126 patients were randomly allocated to receive external treatment with Wutoubanxiasan or the similar prescription flee of PineIlia Temate.Results： The safety parameters included three routine tests, hepatic function, renal function, ECG and skin lesion indexes. There were 7.93% of the patients in the treatment group and 3.17% of the patients in the control group who reported skin irriation respoases.Conclusion： Wutoubanxiasan in patients with knee osteoarthritis are safe.
