摘　　要：目的掌握湖北省东南部地区新型农村合作医疗(新农合)定点医疗机构服务质量的水平。方法采用新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构服务质量调查表,调查人员到医疗机构门诊和住院部,随机对617名参合农民现场调查,采用SPSS11.0软件进行描述性分析。结果参合农民认为医疗机构医疗服务质量很满意所占比例很低,县医院占36.7%,乡镇卫生院占20.8%;参合农民对县医院和乡镇卫生院医疗服务质量的评价,在医疗技术水平、就诊的方便度、医生的可信度、需要的药品满足程度等方面差异有统计学意义;而在医生服务态度、收费水平的高低上和就诊等待时间差异无统计学意义。结论湖北省东南部地区新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的水平比例很低,定点医疗机构的服务质量有待提高。Objective To investigated the quality of medical services of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care designated medical institutions in Hubei province and to provide scientific basis of for the construction of the medical institutions. Methods Six hundred and seventeen peasants were selected from one city and three counties of Hubei province and the author-designed questionnaires on appraisal of service quality of the designated medical institutions of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care were filled out with face-to-face investigation. SPSS 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The overall satisfactory rote of the participants for medical service quality was very low,with a rate 36.72% and for county level hospitals,20. 78% for township hospitals,respectively. There were statistical differences in appraisal of medical technical level, degree of convenience, credibility of doctors and the degree of medicine supply between county-level hospitals and township hospitals. Conclusion The overall satisfactory rate of medical service quality is very low in the peasants for the New Rural Cooperative Medical Care designated medical institutions in Hubei province.
