摘  要:真空冶炼不同P含量的无取向电工钢,经热轧、冷轧和退火工艺制备成品样。结合磁性能检测、微观组织和织构分析,研究P元素对无取向电工钢磁性能的影响。结果表明,P的添加提高了基体的电阻率,降低了铁损。与此同时热轧组织改变,促进了{111}织构的形成,降低了磁感应强度。Non-oriented electrical steels containing varied content of phosphorus were made by 50kg vacuum furnace. The experimental steels were hot rolled, cold rolled and annealed to make testing samples. The effects of phosphorus on magnetic properties, microtexture and recrystallization texture of the non--oriented electrical steels were investigated. The addition of phosphorus led to the increase of resistivity and the decrease of core loss. However, magnetic induction was also reduced owing to the change of microstructure of hot rolled slab, which promoted the formation of { 111} plane texture.
