城郊型乡村旅游发展的影响机制、困境及对策研究——基于城市化影响的视角

摘　　要：郊区是城市化扩张的首选地,而城市郊区又是城郊型乡村旅游开发的空间载体,所以城市化的推进对城郊乡村旅游的发展会产生重要的影响。本文首先把城郊乡村旅游资源的构成要素总结成乡村实体景观、乡村文化和乡村自然环境等3个方面,并在探讨城市化对城郊地区乡村旅游资源要素影响的基础上,揭示城郊型乡村旅游发展的困境,并有针对性地提出了促进城郊型乡村旅游可持续发展的相关对策。The urbanization of the suburban district is the most usual manner of the city enlargement while the rural travel to suburban district is one of the three models of rural travel that is being developed in our country. In this article, it is analyzed that what the factors are composing the rural travel and then revealed the difficulties of rural travel development based on discussing about the influence by rural travel on the factors of rural travel to suburban district.
