乳腺癌改良根治术后置管时间的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后引流管置管时间的相关影响因素及其影响程度。方法采用乳腺癌改良根治术后引流管置管时间相关因素调查表,对随机选取的行乳腺癌改良根治术后的92名患者进行临床观察,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。结果不同年龄和行改良根治术Ⅰ式、Ⅱ式患者的置管时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而患者身体质量指数、手术医生行手术的方法、负压引流强度以及患肢肩部开始活动时间的置管时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素回归分析结果显示,患者身体质量指数、手术医生行手术的方法进入方程。结论患者身体质量指数、手术医生行手术的方法是影响置管时间的最主要因素,而负压引流强度以及患肢肩部开始活动时间能够影响置管时间。Objective To prove into the related influential factors and influential extent of draining time after modified radical mastectomy. Method 92 cases of post-MRM were randomized selected and survey with the questionnaire about the related influential factors of draining time after modified radical mastectomy, the related data was observed. Result Age and MRM Ⅰ,Ⅱ has no statistic meaning in the discrepancy of draining time （P〉0.05）. Body mass index, technique of doctors, negative suction and early shoulder has statistic meaning in the discrepancy of draining time （P〈0.05）, Body mass index and technique of doctors can enter into multiple linear regression formula. Conclusion Body mass index and technique of doctors are the two most important factors of draining time. Negative suction and early shoulder exercise can influence draining time.
