摘　　要：为建立长春封闭群日本大耳白兔的生物学数据库,对20只(10♀+10♂)亲代长春封闭群日本大耳白兔及20只(10♀+10♂)自繁F代日本大耳白兔采用Sysmex KX-21N型全自动血球计数仪和美国产LX-20型全自动血液生化分析仪测定了RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT、MPV、WBC、W-SCR、W-LCR10项血液有形成分和血红蛋白,以及AST、ALT、ALP、TP、ALB、BUN、D-BIL、Grea、TG、CHOL10项生化参数,并对其进行对比分析。长春封闭群亲代与F代日本大耳白兔部分血液和生化参数差异显著,且F代的某些指标均优于亲代日本大耳白兔。试验结果充实了长春封闭群日本大耳白兔的生物学数据库并为日本大耳白兔作为实验动物开展科学研究提供理论依据。In order to establish the data bank of biological parameters of Changchun closed colony Japanese white rabbits , 20 （10♀＋10♂） parental generation and20 （10♀＋10♂） filial generation of Changchun closed colony Japanese white rabbits were used to study various biological parameters. The some of haematological parameters such as RBC, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, MPV, WBC, W- SCR,W-LCR and HGB were examined. The biochemical parameters of AST, ALT, ALP, TP , ALB, BUN,D-BIL,Grea, TG, CHOL were detected. Those were compared cowpared with each other . In conclusion, there was difference of biological parameters between parental generation and filial genera- tion of Changchun closed colony Japanese white rabbits. Those were added to the data bank of biological parameters andt this kind of rabbits could be regarded as the experimental rabbits to develop the scientific research.
