摘  要:对当年生7个不同秋眠级数紫花苜蓿品种在旱作条件下的根系发育能力的研究表明:①不同秋眠级数紫花苜蓿品种的根系发育能力存在显著差异:牧歌401主根、直径、根颈入土,根颈增粗速度、根冠比、根颈分枝能力均显著大于其他品种,全能则相反。②紫花苜蓿侧根主要发生于距地表0~20 cm的主根段,侧根发生总数以牧歌401最多,巨人201和全能最少;侧根距根颈的平均距离以射手最大,巨人201最小。③根系生物量总数以射手、牧歌401最大,巨人201、全能最轻;在垂直方向上根系生物量变化表现为随土层深度增加而减少,平均侧根长度随土层深度变化而缩短。④单株占有的地下空间资源以射手、牧歌401最大,路宝最小。将7个不同秋眠级数的苜蓿品种在旱作条件下根系发育能力聚类分析分为3大类,其中射手根系发育能力最好。A field experiment was conducted in semiarid to analyze the root system development ability of seven alfalfa cultivars in planting year. The results were as follow: (1)Root system development ability of different fall dormancy alfalfa varieties had significant difference. Amerigraze401 was the biggest in weight and diameter of taproot, deepest in underground depth of crown, rapidest in crown diameter development, biggest in R/T, strongest in branch capacity of crown, while Total was contrary with Amerigraze401. (2)The secondary roots of alfalfa cultivars grew mainly from the taproot underground 0-20cm in depth and total amount of secondary roots of Amerigraze 401 was the biggest, Ameristand201 and Total were the smallest. Average distance of secondary root to crown of Arch was biggest, and of Ameristand201 was the smallest. (3)Biomass of root system of Archer and Amerigraze401were the biggest, of Ameristand201 and Total were the smallest; Vertical distribution of root biomass was decreased from underground to soil depth and average length of secondary root was shor- ted with soil depth. (4) For underground resources occupied by single plant, Archer and Amerigraze401 were the biggest and Lobo was the lowest. According to cluster analysis on seven alfalfa cultivars, they could be divided to 3 types, Archer had stronger root system development ability.
