摘  要:为了研究设施栽培条件下土壤脲酶活性与养分因子的关系,运用通径分析法对大棚土壤脲酶活性及养分进行了分析。结果表明,土壤脲酶活性对养分因子的多元回归可以解释93.5%的脲酶活性变化,误差通径系数为0.255。大棚栽培土壤的碱解氮、有机质对脲酶活性具有显著的直接作用,是影响脲酶活性的主要因素。土壤全氮、速效磷和速效钾对脲酶活性的影响主要是通过有机质、碱解氮的间接影响。In order to study the relationship of the soil urease activity and nutrient in the greenhouse cultivation condition, the relationships between soil urease activity and soil nutrient contents of greenhouse were studied through path analysis. The results showed that multiple regression equation explained 93.5 % of urease activities of variance. The err path coefficient was 0. 255. Organic and available nitrogen in greenhouse had a direct effect on soil urease activity, they are the main factors of the impact of urease activity. Total N, rapidly available P and K had effects on urease activity through indirect effects of the organic and available nitrogen.
