The Interactive Effects of Moisture and Light Intensity on Plant Growth and Physiological Characters of Tomato Plants

摘  要:以番茄‘合作903’为试材,研究了温室内基质含水量和光照强度交互作用对番茄生长发育和生理特性的影响。结果表明,不同基质含水量和光照强度对番茄植株生长发育影响显著,随着基质含水量的降低,植株叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量升高。同一光照强度下,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量随着基质含水量的降低而升高;在基质含水量相同时,随着光照强度的减弱而减弱。随着基质含水量的降低,果实坐果率、平均单果质量、单株产量均下降。在各处理中,以全光照下80%基质含水量(W2L1)处理植株生长状况最好。The tomato variety "Hezuo 903" was used as a test material in order to study the interactive effects of substrate moisture and light intensity on plant growth, fruit quality and physiological characteristics of tomato plant in greenhouse. The results showed that the different substrate moisture and light intensity remarkably influenced the growth and development of tomato plants. With reduction of substrate moisture, chla, chlb and chla+b increased. The content of soluble protein and soluble sugar increased as substrate moisture decreased in the same light intensity, while the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar decreased as light intensity decreased in the same substrate moisture. The fruit setting rate, single fruit weight and yield per plant decreased as substrate moisture decreased. Among all the treatment, tomato plants with 100% light density and 80% water-holding capacity of substrate presented the most strong growth vigor.
