摘 要:在青海高寒地区对生长2 a青海扁茎早熟禾(Poa pratensis var. anceps Gaud. cv. Qinghai)地下垂直动态进行了研究,以探讨其地下垂直分布规律。结果表明:青海扁茎早熟禾主根全部分布于0~5 cm土层中,根茎、毛根、根茎分蘖芽和总生物量均集中分布于0~10 cm土层中。除毛根在返青后半个月时间内地下垂直分布呈"〉"型外,根茎生物量、根茎长、根茎分蘖芽数、毛根和地下总生物量垂直分布在一个生长季均呈"T"型分布,且符合Y=1-βD变化,但分布数量和比例不同。青海扁茎早熟禾地下与地上生物量呈显著正相关,根冠比0.41。根茎周转率〉毛根周转率〉主根周转率;根茎分蘖芽数周转率〉根茎生物量周转率〉根茎长周转率。The vertical dynamic of underground biomass of the second years' Poa pratensis var. anceps cv. Qinghai was studied to disclose the regulation of underground biomass vertical distribution in alpine region, Qinghai province. The results showed that the root of Poa pratensis var. anceps cv. Qinghai mainly is distributed in the soil layer of 0-5 cm. Rhizome, rhizome, capillary root, number of tiller and underground biomass mainly is distributed in the soil layer of 0-10 cm. They displayed a "T" type distribution presented by Y= 1-β^D function in vertical in all growing period, except capillary root showed "〉" type distribution in the period of recovering from winter. It is different of quantity and proportion in vertical distribution. The underground biomass was significantly positively correlated with the aboveground biomass. It's root shoot ratio is 0.41. The result of turnover rate compared is rhizome' s 〉capillary root's 〉root's, the number of tiller's 〉rhizome biomass's 〉length of rhizome's.
