摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和疏水单体2-丙烯酰胺基十四烷基磺酸(AMC14S)为主要聚合单体,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(DMAM)为交联剂,以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合方法合成了一种耐高温抗盐预交联疏水型水膨体XJ。通过正交实验对水膨体的合成条件进行优化,得出最佳聚合反应条件为:单体含量25%,疏水单体加量0.5%,交联剂加量0.5%,引发剂加量0.5%,合成温度60℃。通过静态性能评价实验对XJ的吸水速率、耐温性、耐盐性及热稳定性等进行了考察,结果表明,预交联疏水型水膨体XJ是一种膨胀倍数较大,柔韧性较好,强度较高的油田深度调剖用处理剂,且有较好的耐温抗盐能力,具有广泛的应用价值。The pre-crosslinking hydrophobic water- swelling polymer XJ with heat resistance and salt tolerance was prepared from acrylamide (AM) and the hydrophobic monomer 2-acrylamido-alkyl sulfonic acid 14 (AMC14S), with N,N-methylene bisacrylamide (DMAM) as cross-linking agent, and the ammonium persul-fate-sodium sulfite redox system as initiator of polymerization in aqueous solution. The synthesis conditions were optimized through the orthogonal experiments as follows: monomer content 25%, hydrophobic monomer content 0.5%, the cross-linking agent content 0.5%, the initiator content 0.5%, and the synthesis temperature 60 ℃. The water - swelling polymer was evaluated in water-absorbing rate, heat resistance, the salt tolerance and the thermal stability through the static experiment. The results showed that the pre-crosslinking hydrophobic water - swelling polymer XJ was a high strength profile control agent with high swelling ratio, good flexibility, good heat resistanes and salt tolerance, and it had wide applications.
