摘  要:对炼油厂酸性水的来源及各组分浓度进行了分析,介绍了多种炼油厂酸性水的脱硫除氨技术及其原理,并根据酸性水硫化物和氨氮浓度选择不同的处理技术和组合工艺对酸性水进行脱硫或除氨,包括硫化物浓度较低的酸性水可采用空气氧化法;氨氮浓度较高的酸性水可采用吹脱法加生物法;还有蒸汽汽提法、化学沉淀法及高效微生物技术。The source of acidic water in refinery and concentration of each component in acidic water were analyzed. The technology and mechanism for desulfurization and ammonia removing in refinery acidic water were described. Different methods and combined methods were selected to treat the acidic water according to the concentration of sulfide and ammonia in acidic water. They included air oxidization for low concentration of sulfide in acidic water, combination of gas stripping with biological process, steam stripping , chemical precipitation, and high efficient microbial technology.
