摘 要:在对现有滴头、滴箭等产品结构改进与优化设计的基础上,研制开发出一种具有快速装拆、移动灵活、抗堵塞功能的插入式地下滴水器产品,通过产品的具体结构组成与工作原理分析,进行了其流量均匀性、压力-流量关系的试验研究,结果表明:插入式地下滴水器所需起始工作压力低,额定流量小,具有较稳定的水力性能,适合用于对缺水区非密植作物的补充性抗旱灌溉,起到提高设备利用率、有效降低灌溉系统投资的作用,且能成功地把地表滴灌转化为地下滴灌的应用模式。Based on structure improvement and optimization design of existing emitter, such as drip arrow and drip production, a new kind of insertion subsurface emitter is researched and developed, which has the advantages of assembling and disassembling quickly, moving easily, anti-jamming. Through analysis of concrete structure and work principle of the insertion subsurface emitter, the uniformity coefficient of discharge flow and the relation between pressure and discharge are tested. The results show that the insertion subsurface emitter has more stable hydraulic characteristics, its rated flow is small and the needed beginning pressure is low. So the emitter is suitable for the compensatory irrigation of the non-close planting crops to resist drought in areas of water- lacking, and will play an active role in improving the equipment utilization and reducing the total investment of irrigation system. It also successfully transformed the application pattern from surface drip irrigation to subsurface drip irrigation.
