摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定战创伤涂膜剂中替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和醋酸氯己定3组分的含量。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾水溶液(含三乙胺0.4%,用磷酸调节pH至2.5)(50:50);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长分别为317 nm,280 nm,261 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为1.02~10.20,12.48~124.80和5.42~54.20μg·ml^(-1),相关系数均为1.0000;平均回收率分别为101.6%、100.1%和102.3%。结论:本法简便准确,重复性好,可用于战创伤涂膜剂的质量控制。Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tinidazol, dyclonine hydrochloridum and chlorhexidine acetate in film forming solution for war wound and trauma. Method:The HPLC separation was conducted on a Diamonsil C18 co umn( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) , the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( contained 0.4 % triethylamine, and adjust pH to 2.5 with phosphoric acid ) ( 50 : 50 ), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ^-1, the detection wavelengths were 317,280, and 261 nm, respectively, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of tinidazol, dyclonine hydrochloridum and chlorhexidine acetate were 1.02 -10.20 μg · ml^-1 ( r = 1. 000 0 ) , 12.48-124.83 μg · ml^-1 ( r = 1. 000 0 ) and 5.42 - 54.20 μg · ml^ - 1 ( r = 1. 000 0 ) respectively, the average recoveries were 101.6% , 100.1%, and 102.3 %, respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the studied film forming solution for war wound and trauma.
