水氯酊抗炎镇痛作用实验

摘　　要：目的:考察水氯酊镇痛、抗炎消肿的功效。方法:采用两种致痛动物模型和两种炎症动物模型,对水氯酊的保护作用和实验治疗进行研究,并与曲安奈德溶液进行了对比试验。结果:水氯酊能提高热板法致痛模型的痛阈,减少电刺激致痛的发生率,抑制毛细血管的通透性,减少炎性肿胀,显示了良好的镇痛与抗炎作用,并呈现明显的量效关系:在相同剂量下,镇痛作用优于曲安奈德溶液(P<0.01),抗炎作用与曲安奈德溶液相似。结论:水氯酊能改善皮肤疾病的疼痛和水肿渗出症状,为临床应用提供了实验依据。Objective：To research the anti-imflamantory and analgesic effects of shuilv tincture. Method：Two pain animal models and two inflammatory animal models were used to research the protecting effect and therapy effect, and the shuilv tincture was compared with triamcinolone acetonide solution. Result：Shuilv tincture could improve pain threshold induced by hot iron plate model, and could reduced the ratio of pain induced by electrical stimulation, and could restrained permeability of capillary vessels and tumefaction. In the same dosage, the analgesic effect of Shuilv tincture was better than triamcinolone acetonide solution（P 〈0.011 ,and the effect of anti-inlfammatory was similar with triamcinolone acetonide solution. Conlusion：Shuilv tincture can ameliorate the pain and oedema, and provide data for clinical use.
