摘　　要：目的:总结钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的经验。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的57例采用钻孔引流术的慢性硬膜下血肿的临床资料。结果:所有患者均痊愈,3例气颅和2例脑脊液漏,拔管后自愈。结论:钻孔引流术创伤小,疗效确切,是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的首选方法。Objective： To sum up the experiences in CSDH by trepanation and drainage. Methods： The clinicaldata of 57 cases of CSDH by trepanation and drainage were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： They were all cured. It wasself-cure after tube drawing that 3 cases of intracranial pneumatos：,s and 2 cases of CSF leak. Conclusion：Trepanation and drainage had a little wound and effective certain. It was the first method that treated CSDH.
