肉苁蓉的愈伤组织培养

摘　　要：报道由肉苁蓉（Cistanchedeserticola）不同部位诱导出愈伤组织，并筛选出适合于愈伤组织快速生长的最佳培养条件。结果表明：幼芽愈伤组织诱导率较种子高；愈伤组织生长的基本培养基以B5最好；适宜的激素种类和配比为IAA0．5mg／L和KT2mg／L。适宜的培养条件为pH6．0。The induction of callus from different parts of Cistanche deserticola and the optimum condi nons under which the callus grew fast were discussed in this paper. The results showed thai the induction rate of the buds was higher than that of the seeds. The B5 basic medium with the pH6.0. was the best one of all screened media. The callus grewth was promoted when 0.5 mg/L LAA and 2 mg/LKT were added in the media.
