摘 要:对跌落方位的控制是跌落试验机自动控制技术的核心。通过对包装六面体在垂直冲击跌落试验中不同跌落方位旋转过程的几何分析,提出了一种基于单片机的包装六面体跌落方位控制算法,该算法可根据设定自动完成任意跌落方位的形成。实际检验表明,控制算法所得结果与重力线检验一致,表明该算法正确,可用于包装六面体跌落试验跌落方位的控制。Drop orientation control is the core of automatic control technology of drop tester. An orientation control algorithm of packaged hexahedron based on SCM was proposed through analysis of the rotation process of drop orientation of packaged hexahedron in drop test. The algorithm is able to form the arbitrary drop orientation according to the setting automatically. Actual inspection showed that the result of control algorithm is consistent with the gravity line inspection; it was proved that the algorithm is correct and applicable to the orientation control of packaged hexahedron drop test.
