摘　　要：利用单因素实验,研究了干式复合工艺主要因素对BOPP/LDPE薄膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:BOPP/LDPE薄膜干式复合的最佳工艺条件为:生产车间温度25℃,湿度60%,复合钢辊温度为60℃,涂胶量为2.0g/m2。在此工艺条件下,样品的剥离强度及溶剂残留量均优于国家标准。The main factors in dry-lamination process which influence performance of BOPP/LDPE film was studied by single factor experiment. The experimental results showed that the optimum dry-lamination process conditions of the BOPP / LDPE film was 25℃ and 60% humidity in workshop, 60℃ of composite steel roller temperature, and 2.0g/m^2 of the amount of adhesive. In the process conditions, the peeling strength and solvent residues of the samples are both better than the national standards.
