儿童螺纹瓶盖开启能力研究

摘　　要：以抽样实验的方式，对150名4～8岁儿童进行螺纹瓶盖的开启能力测试，获得了其腕部横向扭力矩百分位数及变化规律，填补了该项人体测量数据空白，可为相关儿童产品制造企业，合理确定螺纹瓶盖类产品的设计和工艺参数提供依据。Thread-cap opening force of children aged 4-8 years old was tested with sampling experiments. The data of percentile and feature of children＇s torque moment were obtained, which filled the blank in the human measurement data in human engineering in China. The purpose was to provide reference for setting of torque moment of screw thread bottle cap in packaging of products for children.
