体检人群健康教育需求状况调查分析及对策

摘　　要：目的了解体检人群健康教育需求,为体检者提供满意的护理服务。方法采用问卷调查方法对496名体检者进行健康教育内容及教育方式的需求情况进行调查。结果体检者希望获得健康教育内容前3项包括防病知识、营养知识、运动知识;体检者对健康教育方式的需求前3项分别为一对一讲解、电话咨询、发放宣传资料。结论了解健康体检者健康教育知识需求及教育方式,并提出健康教育措施,可帮助人们建立正确的健康观念和正确的生活方式,从而达到一级预防的目的,促进人们健康水平。Objective To learn about the healthy cheek-up population＇s requirement for the health education, then provide them with satisfactory nursing service. Method A total of 496 healthy check-up clients were investigated by questionnaire on their requirement for health education contents and modality. Results The investigation showed that the three items of health education contents the clients were most interested in directions for disease-prevention, nutrition and physical exercise. The acceptable health education modalifies included one to one talking, telephone counseling and handbills distributing. Conclusions To learn about the healthy check-up clients＇ requirement for health education contents and modahty and offer them health education advice are helpful for building up people＇s perfect concepts of health and life style. By this way primary prevention will be realized.
