G5振动排痰机对呼吸衰竭患者排痰效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨G5振动排痰机对呼吸衰竭患者排痰效果的影响。方法44例呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上随机分为人工叩击排痰组20例和排痰机排痰组24例,分别采用人工手法叩背排痰及振动排痰机排痰。观察两组患者的排痰效果。结果经过3d的排痰护理,两组患者排痰效果及动脉血气相关指标比较,差异存在统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中排痰机排痰组各项指标均优于人工叩击排痰组。结论G5振动排痰机排痰效果比人工手法排痰好,且操作简便,不受患者体位限制,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effects of vibration expectoration machine on bronchial purification treatment in patients with respiratory failure, Methods A total of 44 patients were randomly divided into artificial group （20 patients） and mechanical group （24 patients）, using artificial means flap back and vibration expectoration machine to help patients expectorate,respectively. Expectoration effects in the two groups were observed. Result After three days of expectoration care, mechanical group was superior to the artificial group in expectoration effect and arterial blood gas indicators （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with artificial means, G5 vibration expectoration machine is simple, safe, free from restrictions in patients with postural and effective, worthy to be popularized.
